2. Non-Refundable Items

3. How to Request a Refund

Securely pack the eligible item(s) in their original packaging, include a copy of your order confirmation or the RA number inside the box, and mail it to us. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the package until it arrives at our facility.
4. When Will I Receive My Refund?

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We sincerely apologize if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item! In this case, please contact us at support@ziarabeauty.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly send a replacement at no cost to you or process a full refund, including any shipping charges.
