At Ziara Beauty, we want your gorgeous products to arrive as quickly and safely as possible. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, timelines, and costs.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays) after you place your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has left our warehouse.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States, including to all 50 states, PO Boxes, and US Territories (APO/FPO). We do not offer international shipping at this time.

We offer a range of shipping options at checkout to meet your needs. All delivery times are business days and begin once your order has been shipped (after the 1-2 day processing period).

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Carriers may experience delays, especially during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. You can also track your order by logging into your "My Account" section on our website.

Shipping Address & P.O. Boxes

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by you. Reshipping a misdelivered package will incur additional shipping fees.

  • P.O. Boxes: We are happy to ship to P.O. Boxes via our Standard Shipping method.

**What If My Order Is Delayed?

While we do our best to get your order to you by the estimated date, sometimes carriers experience delays beyond our control. If your tracking information has not updated for more than 5 business days, please contact us at support@ziarabeauty.com, and we will help you investigate.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Ziara Beauty is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as "delivered" by the carrier. Please contact your local post office and neighbors first to see if the package was misplaced. If you are still unable to locate it, contact us, and we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

**Holiday Shipping

Please be aware that shipping carriers do not operate on major holidays. Our processing and shipping times will be extended during holiday seasons. We will post announcements on our website and social media regarding any holiday shipping deadlines.
